Help@Hand
Get-Appy Technology Workshops consist of six consecutive workshops held once a week for 1.5 hours. This includes 30 minutes of miscellaneous tech support for participants as well as a one-hour workshop focused on a topic, which can be: better web browsing, all about applications, Zoom basics, protecting against identity theft, avoiding phishing scams, basic email setup, etc.
Get-Appy Workshops are held once a month and consist of 1-hour topics that participants have chosen. Workshop topics vary and may include: social media, music applications, YouTube, Google Maps, etc.
The Help@Hand program also offers individual technology support sessions by appointment. Appointments are offered when individuals need help with a specific issue of question that is not necessarily of interest for the rest of the group.
